    The photo I received was printed darker than the illustration, thus the bronze figures located on the left and in the center of the grouping, show heavy showing masking their detail. The stiffener used in packaging was too light to offer enough protection to prevent against some degree of binding of the image when the over sized mailer was inserted into a standard mail box.

    Having made me aware of the quality of the photo received in this case, I was able to work with the photo developer to secure a viable replacement, which was satisfactorily received by this valuable, repeat buyer.
