  Quality Condition. Didn't need flashing and worked when I properly got it in the socket. A note to people doing this for the first time: I had half of the pins hanging out the first time and it boot looped and wouldn't POST. Make sure to bend the pins inwards a little before you slot it in to make it easier to get it in. Double check with a flash light or you might give up on your motherboard prematurely.
