  Would prefer to go Negative but since i bought a pig in a poke then I got what I deserved... At least this experience has taught me a very valuable lesson: Everything that glitters is just junk... Transit time acceptable, packaging about par or better... That's about it... Next time I can just choose a needy charity to donate my finances ...

  Buyer purchased a 2003 Norton Ghost CD. There was nothing wrong with the software, it was sealed. Buyer does not know how to use the software clearly. This buyer has a history of leaving neutral and negative feedback for similar issues for other eBay members. Before the buyer purchased this software, he asked "if the software fails could he get a refund". I do not provide technical support. Submitted a formal complaint to eBay on this buyer as well.
