  When I got the package, unfortunately, the cardboard box was smooshed. Inside, the box the labubu was in was also smooshed. Sadly, I took out the labubu without noticing the defects of the labubu and that the QR code on the tag was not working. I am not sure if it is fake or if it is just a poor quality product that I got. I am a little bummed out about it, especially since it is my first and the only labubu I wanted, but I'll keep it...

  Product looked to be in unopened condition with near zero imperfections(very tiny crease in see through plastic)., Product was shipped very nicely, I appreciate the personal touches that were added, overall appearance was great.
