  Order arrived in an open box. When I picked up the box, the items literally fell out of the box. They came much dirtier than I expected. I requested a refund and the seller was rude. No apology , not willing to help. After some arguing ,the seller did eventually sent me the refund shipping labels. The whole situation made me feel icky and gross so I donated the units to the charity store place. I never checked if the units functioned properly. i would never buy from this entity again

  Consoles were not as described and one of them was not the exact one shown in the picture as promised. It seems like these unrepairable consoles were put together using faulty junk parts from different unrepairable units to sell to an unsuspecting buyer. The seller is deceptive and dishonest.
