  Very thankful for working with this seller. I appreciate his patience and understanding with me. I was nervous in the beginning when they did not respond to my questions. This did teach me that I need to have more patience, because you never know what someone is going through during their day. The seller went out of his way to make me happy. I very much appreciated this. The quality of this coat was perfect and is more than I expected. Very happy with this purchase and his communication with me.

  I purchased this item and I was very excited in receiving it. After five days I noticed I did not receive any updates from the seller on the delivery date. I did reach out to them and they said it would be in the mail that day. That was a lie. I waited two more days and I was worried that this was a scam and alerted eBay. Very disappointed in this seller that there was no communication or apology.

  There is no excuse, I apologize for not shipping this out. I still have it and if you want it please let me know. I can get it relisted and sold to you at a discount to make it right.
