  This turned out to be a very positive experience. The first package sadly contained a shattered plate but on sending a message with a photo we received a replacement plate within a very short time. My only developmental feedback would be to ask for an acknowledgement of my original email as I hadn't understood that was how the seller was dealing with it til I contacted them again via ebay. Wonderful service, but would be perfect if also did that tiny extra communication. Thank you.

  A+++++++++ seller. Arrived very quickly after ordering and extremely well packed in a little plastic bag contained within a small Jiffy bag. Exactly as described and photographed, excellent condition and very good value. Works a treat and provides helpful reassurance that my fridge is working fine. I tried to buy one locally and drew a blank in a few shops so it was much easier to order. This seller deservedly has excellent feedback and I'm very pleased to add mine to it, thank you!

  Prompt delivery and well packaged.This jam thermometer worked well with a steady temperature of 220 degrees while the jam was boiling. Re the parcel delivery, this had been left in an unexpected place, but the seller responded very quickly to my query re delivery and was very helpful in locating the parcel.   I am sending you the pictures of two 16 cm saucepans. One came today with label for me to send with the wrong saucepan and lid back to you. Now as you can see I have 2 16 cm saucepans where in fact I had ordered a 14 cm draining saucepan along with a 16 cm saucepan. I am happy to keep it but would like to buy the 14 cm saucepan half price. I think this is a fair deal considering you offered such a deal earlier.
