  There was a mistake with my order, and the seller was not only very understanding but also very kind. A lot of care went into the packaging, and the seller was great at responding and finding a solution to the mistake. My item was exactly as described, shipping was perfect, and it was fairly priced.   The item arrived much earlier than expected — it was supposed to come in early October, but I received it on September 30! It was exactly as shown in the photos, in great condition, and very carefully packaged. I also loved the cute “open me” sticker on the package. Thank you!

  Barbie light pink high heels came as pictured . I was hopeful they would replace our Dr. Barbie’s shoes from the late 80’s. They are fine, a bit lighter than the original ones that came with the doll (of which we have only one) but will work as well. Pleased with shop and seller and recommend them highly. Packaging was cute with the heels in a small plastic box. Thank you!!!

  I was sent the wrong item. I was very disappointed. But then I read a message from the seller saying she sent the wrong item and would send the correct one the next day. I hope she does. My daughter is having a baby and she had this in her crib and wanted it for her baby
