  I tried contacting this seller at least five times. Before shipment and after I received the item. NOTHING!!!! No response at all. The chain was fine but I had to ask when it was going out and a USPS shipping number was put on it. A few days later I had to ask when the item would actually ship out. I wanted to exchange the size but heard nothing. I would not deal with again.

  It took 10 days before item was shipped and was given the wrong tracking number. Necklace is smaller than expected.
