  Accidently ordered the item, immediately contacted them telling them I didn't want the item and I needed a refund(they do accept refunds) but Insted of making things easy, they pushed it off long enough that ebay had to step in and refund my money for me.(didnt even ship the item, just put my money in limbo for no reason)

  Ordered a Large T-shirt, sent a tight shirt, like a Small, 2 sizes too small. Also had a logo on it, while the advertised T-shirt had no logo. Immediately requested a return, a month & a half later they offered a $5 rebate, which I refused. It's now almost 2 months, & I have to get Ebay involved to try to get a refund.
