  have been buying from this seller for awhile now and always takes a very long time before they ship the product. they claim my last order was lost in shipping yet the shipper does not show it was received. either it was never shipped or was stolen by someone. my order WAS fully refunded and I found the same item cheaper and the order arrived from the other seller.   It still hasn’t arrived even though it was supposed to delivered 8/6. Also, I haven’t received any updates on when it’ll be delivered which is disappointing.

  Was listed as a US seller but shipped from Canada. Overall good experience but shipping was slower than I expected since I thought it was coming from outside the US.

  Was informed that picture was incorrect of the amount of product to be sold and did offer a refund. Did not take up the refund as needed the filters that were sent. Seller has since changed the add to correctly show the amount.
