Whiskey Grail Cups-Seller offered fake cups but sold them as real (seller's item made in China/real cups made in USA) and the quality difference was obvious. I asked for full refund but seller only offered 30-50% monetary refund. Eventually received full refund through EBay but seller did not volunteer the total amount. Seller extremely difficult to deal with AND, sold bogus items by passing them off as authentic.
