  I got my parts today and they both are in good shape and were packed above and beyond so I was really happy about that! I asked the seller a few questions before buying and he was more than happy to make sure I was getting the right parts and his dimensions were very accurate and helpful,great price on both of those parts!!

  Took 2 days to ship product. 1 week total from order to receive. Product was not as described. Packaging was opened prior to shipping and had missing pieces from the box, product was advertised as new. Seller did offer to return product for refund. Wasn’t able to return due to needing the product.

  New genuine product was shipped on time, complete and as-shown. The K&N decal and oil vial were not indicated as being included and were not shown, so we should have listed as 'New Open Box.' When this was brought to our attention we offered a full refund and provided a return label. Buyer held the item 9 days then indicated they preferred to keep it and leave negative feedback. ::: If there is an issue with your order please contact us!
