  I was totally disappointed, the item was supposed to be a collector's item and in splendid condition and instead it was a junk find. I was refunded with an eyedropper.

  After receiving the item, the buyer attempted to reduce the purchase price by raising minor complaints. We offered a generous and fair discount for the set as well as the option to return it to us. However, he was not satisfied with the refund amount and at the same time refused to return the set (we would have collected it directly from his address, with no cost or effort on his part). Instead, he accepted the refund and then left us negative feedback.
