  The product was listed as NEW. After I received it and voiced my dissatisfaction, the seller announced that the safety seal had been broken. He’s really sorry and would I like 5$ credit. This is a personal hygiene product. It was expensive. I’d never have purchased if I know the seal had been broken. Also the product was wrapped in cellophane. Since there was no safety seal, the product leaked all over the inside of the box. I suppose I’m out a lot of money. Plus T
