  There was a small hole in the shirt, almost unnoticeable, but evident when I ironed it. The seller had not noticed it when she shipped it to me. I found found it while ironing it. The seller was very communicative and resolved the problem with quickly with a full refund. I appreciate the honesty and effort the shop put forth to make things right.

  Haven’t been delivered. Ordered 5/21. Stuck in transit. Seller not very helpful tracking. Left it to me. Thought they’d have better intel?

  Buyer and seller have the same access to tracking info via the listing. Shipped on the day it was ordered, USPS has it lost or delayed. Full refund given, buyer just unaware of how the process works so left neutral feedback.
