  Unfortunately I was sent a different style of lashes that were the same as others I'd ordered at the same time, I did offer to send them back and get a different style in place of them but the seller declined and instead gave me a 33% refund on my entire order, which was great! And the ones I was sent by accident were still good quality lovely lashes, arrived in perfect condition and on time, good value, look great, brand new, seller had great communication and good customer service skills :)

  Arrived today, not expected until 26th - it's 22nd. Very pleased with speedy delivery times. Colour is as the picture. Very pleased. Excellent value for money, and quality. It's slightly squashed, so waiting it's expansion. So far it's looking good. Excellent customer service and 5* recommendation without hesitation. Thank you for everything 💐

  As described and arrived fairly quickly, however the seller may wish to consider better packaging - just a thin layer of bubble wrap inside the envelope, and this, combined with the inevitable treatment Yodel dishes out to all their parcels means the item I received had quite a substantial dint and some scratch damage.

  As described ok postal time with good correspondence let down by delivery company who should of delivered between 7-9pm but at 10pm threw it from the road onto my doorstep and probably didn’t even see me standing at the door got in his van and left good job it wasn’t breakable so maybe you need to look at your delivery options otherwise all ok

  New in package and as pictured. Tab is fabric rather than plastic or metal. Seemed very good value and I liked the look. Sadly arrived to me with the metal clasp separate from the strap, and was not useable without completely taking it apart. Simple error but the sellers only offered a partial refund and asked me to make it work. I asked again and was offered a lesser refund and then they stopped responding until I went through ebay. Disappointed with their customer service though a nice product
