  Item was shipped to wrong address and since then I haven't been able to get any information as to when, if ever, the shoes I purchased are scheduled to arrive. At this point, after having to spend my time resending the package that was wrongly sent instead of my shoes and getting no updates, I feel like I deserve a complete refund AND the shoes. But I'm not holding my breath. Zero stars.
