  Ordered $700 worth of ductwork. Seller took over a week to ship and the package was missing many items. Seller said they didn’t fit in the box, so they just didn’t send them! Only after I asked did they send another box with some of the missing items. My order is still incomplete due to an item the seller said was backordered. There was no mention of any backorder until I didn’t receive the item. No expected fulfillment date was given. As I write this, their listing still shows 9 in stock.

  Hi, I shipped the biggest box we have and all the items did not fit. The second box was shipped shortly after. It was NOT only shipped because you asked about it. It was already in process. As far as the backordered item, there was a note in the first box informing you of the backorder. The item shows 9 in stock because they arrived to me and ARE back in stock. You sent a message asking about the "missing parts" and I explained they are in another box, on the way. You then opened a case anyway.
