  Fantastic company!! New product at amazing price! Initially I received a white sound bar after ordering a black one. I contacted them about the mistake and they immediately and cordially contacted me back with a return shipping label! The day I shipped it back was the day they sent me the black sound bar. Great communication, super customer service! I would definitely purchase from them again!

  Pricing was good for items purchased, description was a little incorrect though said new in box or NIB for short but when I pulled it out the battery compartment knob was broken and there was a chip in the plastic piece on the bottom. Shipping could have been better as in item arrived a bit late. Packaging was decent as in there was some bubble wrap on one side of the the box.

  Item was in new condition, shipped quickly, description had incorrect graphics card description, but I used S/N to determine actual. Only disappointment was no warranty, but I could have messaged the seller asking about this. I didn’t and made the wrong assumption. Recommend the seller indicate specifically “warranty” or “no warranty” in the future as warranty can’t be or difficult to purchase from the manufacturer as it is.

  Beautiful dress. Item was just as described. Super fast shipping as well. Packaged in the original dust bag as indicated. Only thing was that there was a very large spider in the box when I opened it and the spider was still alive. Just happy the spider was not inside the garment bag or hiding in the actual dress itself. Price was a bit steep and no room for offers and at the price I paid no free shipping!
