  even though the ad was for an unopened box of bags yo could clearly see that the box was open-the seller sent me a message explaining he had made a mistake & some were taken out & asked if I still wanted them-I answered back yes-he mailed them right out & I received them in a couple of days

  Ken is a very considerate seller with a great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. This iHome is in great condition despite its age. We are using it for my 1st grader to listen to audiobooks on my old iPod while he plays with his legos. Unfortunately, the package was delayed out of Ken's control, and he followed up with USPS and ensured that it was en route. A very responsive and caring seller. 10/10!
