  Both shoes were falling apart out of the box. The heel was entirely off the shoe when I picked up the shoe out of the both. Both front heels are flapping and unattached from the shoe. The shoes are disclorored and smell bad. Complete FRAUD!

  Listing states NEED repair. Buyer made offer & stated he would need to get shoes repaired & cleaned. I accepted offer. The shoes were indeed needing repair. Buyer reached out with the claim of “falling apart out of the box” seemed suspicious. I immediately sent him a pre-paid return label and refunded 100% of his money. 600 items sold with 100% positive reviews. I support my family through my eBay sales. Risk all this over shoes? Then the personal attack being called a Fraud on top of it all.
