Item was not sold new and sealed as described. Connected seller to see if there was a mix up, seller was immediately combative. Did offer a refund but this was for an anniversary gift, and the item, while being used, was still in good condition. Seller was quick to respond but conversation was not pleasant by any stretch of the imagination. Seller did send fast, and item was decently packaged. Sadly just not a good experience.

The item was new, the band was still on the outside of the box. This collector item does not come in plastic. This was never used. I offered the buyer to just return the item no issues. He wanted to keep arguing and I did not respond other than return it. He then stated he was going to play it and it was not a big deal, then he came off with giving it as a gift. Im sorry you felt this way. Lesson learned to have to open a new item to take pictures. Im sorry
