  The Item was wrongly delivered using a completely delivery address this was shown in the history it was obvious that it had been wrongly delivered. I contacted the seller. His response said delivered ages ago. I contacted again a few days later pointing out the error and got no reply. Trying to contact Ebay was a nightmare getting past a stupid robotic agent. Finally after 3 days struggling to contact Ebay I got the promise of my refund. I aren't happy at all about this customer service rubbish.

  Ite already delivered as per buyer address he trying to get refund also productds we gave him delivery proof but after log try with ebay finally he got refund from ebay but ebay did not chagred us because they got proof item delivered to this scammer be aware from this scammer.

  Asked seller a simple honest question about when I could expect delivery of the lights as I thought that they had not been delivered. His reply was very unprofessional see below ketho_73: Stupid scammer yoour item already delivered two weeks ago. There are better ways to communicate with a customer.
