  Item arrived quickly. It was as described. It was also packed very well to keep it in one piece. But the communication was severely lacking. I sent at least 3 offers and asked a couple questions. Not a single response. Not to the offers or the questions. I wound up just paying the asking price. But I was not sure if the item would be shipped because the seller didn’t communicate at all. But the item was good. The item shipped quicker than the estimated time showed.

  Neutral because I did receive the statue and happy with the statue but the overall shopping experience was less than desirable. The item wasn’t shipped until 12/7 when I purchased it 12/26. I messaged in between asking for updates and no communication until 12/9. I was charged $50 for shipping when it actually cost $9. With the up-charge, I expected secure packaging but there was no protection of the sort. Literally it was just the item in a used amazon box without protection.

  The statue arrived 2 weeks earlier than the estimated delivery date (we upgraded your shipping service) and the shipping cost is fixed regardless of where you live, as stated in the listing. All statues are shipping in styrofoam inside of their factory boxes. We usually respond to customers within 24-48 hours absolute latest.
