  the statue was opened, maybe even exposed with obvious damage to the box. I was not informed by the seller of this!!! It was very unfair considering that I paid 1300 euros for a statue considered new by the ad but visibly opened and exposed!!! Unfair

  You are not telling the true when you say that the statue was exposed as you know was not.As i explained to you,all the statues with certain importance as is the case of this one,are opened and inspected (NOT MOUNTED NEITHER EXHIBITED) for the benefit of all the customers that pay a lot of money and want to receive the product in perfect condition.Imagine i do not check and send you a product that might be broken and it could be detected before shipping..Wouldn´t you appreciate it? So sorry.
