  Earrings were damaged in shipping. They were not packaged well. I hope I can straighten out the post that was bent and find a different back for it (the one it came with was crushed and in 3 pieces. I really like the earrings so I will try to make the adjustments.

  The earrings were packed in a bubble at the time. The stems on the back were in mint condition; the only way they could have broken is if someone bent those too far
