  I received this item, posted as new but one of the probes had dried blood or some kind of juice that had dried so it was used. After getting the chef iq app. I tried to pair it and it said it was currently registered and told me to get ahold of the prior owner, but I was able to reset it so eventually was able to get the base paired. I hope it works but I was disappointed after waiting almost two weeks to receive my new probes!
