  The item looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Never mind the quality being horrible. The ears are literally plastic taped to the head. I got what I paid for, but I was grossly over charged and lead to believe I was getting something entirely different. Horrible experience I cannot discourage you from buying from this creator enough.

  The US tariff crisis is impacting my US clients with additional taxes; only they are affected, and only they don't like my work, what a coincidence. Please check new prices and issues related to the US before purchasing. I am very sorry about this, but this is not the way to proceed; your account will be reported and blocked.

  I know its handmade, but I'm a tad disappointed in my doll. She's too different from the picture for my liking....and the material is different. I'll see what I can do to fix her up a bit...

I will remove the design from the store as the materials are constantly running out and it is difficult to offer a greater resemblance. I invite everyone to make sure before buying a design that it looks as similar as possible to the photos, as artistic interpretation sometimes varies due to the color and materials available, and each doll is unique.

  I'm going to leave positive feedback overall here because I do like the doll. However, the packaging was abysmal, especially for something coming overseas. The way that the shipping service treats a package is not the fault of the seller, but there was just minimal protection offered between the box and anything protecting the doll inside. As such the display box also came mangled and dented. Luckily the doll itself did not sustain any damage. But the box is now useless for any display purposes.

The package was sent via urgent express mail; it is the only system currently available to send to the USA due to the new changes. I had never used this system before; it was so expensive that I lost all the profit from your work. While the situation is being resolved, I will put double boxes on all orders to the USA.   Quality of the doll doesn't meet my expectations for a doll that costs so much money. I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the doll. Her boots was painted with something like lipstick and covered with clear nail polish, which came off very easily. The doll clothes is stick to its body. That's also something I did not know about before purchasing. But atleast it looks good. Doll earings broke off easily! Gloves are bit too big for doll hands. Face and hair is pretty! Value too expensive

  The customer knows exactly what they are buying, with a significant discount, they complain about everything before receiving it. Through Instagram, they were excited and are fascinated by everything about the doll, just a small flaw in the boots due to the heat. The customer tries to coerce me by saying they will only buy for less than half the price. They definitely made a mistake in choosing the place.
