Our positive feedback here shows how many people are happy with our grow kits, we have worked hard to provide an ideal kit, our retail store opened in 1987 has ZERO returns a year, Ebay however is rife with online shoplifters, and people who want something for nothing. This buyer had received the incorrect light - we offered to pay postage for his to return and swap it for the correct size, what he wanted was us to send another light first? Its just not how it works? this is just nasty ebaying
