  I ordered an item from this seller on 7/18. I have not received any communication from them regarding the status of my order, and its been 13 days. I requested a status update about a week after placing the order and did not receive a response. I requested a cancellation and it was denied on the last day that they could respond. I requested another status update, again, but have not received any acknowledgement. I do understand that things happen, but the lack of communication is not acceptable.

  Contacted seller 4 times trying to get update on when gloves would ship. Seller never responded to me or EBay customer service. Horrible seller who would have kept the money had eBay not had pitches guaranteed. Do not trust this seller - worst experience ever. Had they been up front and admitted they never had item or could not sell to me it would have been fine, however, they simply could not take ownership of the situation and admit issue occurred.

  Never got back to me on package. No communication after repeatedly reaching out. Never received product. eBay stepped in thankfully and received refund. Buyer beware.
