  The insoles were missing from the boots and I contacted the seller to inform them. Reply was please send a picture. They dont know the insoles are removable and i wonder if they even know what insoles are. After a few back and forth messages of requesting a picture of something that is not there to figure out it is not there I gave up. Will purchase after market insoles on my dime.

  We simply asked the buyer to provide photos so we could rectify. The buyer simply refused. We wanted to correct the issue and refund but buyer was non compliant to eBay polices for returns. We asked for photos as eBay does to rectify issues
