Contacted seller with no response until opening a case with ebay for not receiving sticker. Asked for refund. Was told I have to wait until I received sticker to start return process. Im 1 state away. Once recieved, messaged seller again for 1 more chance to compromise. No response a day later. His order was shipped before he asked for a refund therefore the Buyer was advised that he could return his item for a complete refund when he received it but then ghosted me.
