  The item pictured wasn't what arrived. There was no response from the seller when I contacted him. I had to have eBay intervene and they responded in my favor. When I asked the seller how to return the item, there was no response. would have liked to have a more neutral or positive experience, but this seller was probably the most difficult one that I've experienced on eBay.

  we did respond right before we left for a month. you thought you was buying the whole water fountain and the description clearly says bottle filling station. we gladly refund rather it was your mess up or not. the pic shows only the back which is exactly what you received and we have sold 2 others with no complaints. ebay knows we was on pause from the store so give the negativity to ebay and yourself for not paying attention to what you are buying or maybe asking questions before you buy.

  Packaged well, price was great, item was exactly what hubby wanted and new in an unopened box. Husband was thrilled to charge and setup to enjoy viewing all the different species of birds coming to feed!
