  The springs was not that good at all they was 20 mm shorter than standard the communication was diabolical non-existent

  As we've tried to explain to you before, the pictures you sent us showed that your old shocks and springs were extended and not standard hight so when you fitted these standard hight springs it made your Defender sit lower because brought it back down to standard height. After you sent back the springs we sent you pictures of the part number printed on the springs which was TF038, as well as details from Terrafirma's website showing that TF038 was the part number for their standard hight springs
