  When I first got the package I was concerned that it seemed to just be wrapped in a paper sleeve. However, as soon as I got it open I was delighted to see that the blu-ray was inside a kind of tupper ware! This is the best packaging I've ever seen, particularly for something as delicate as a blu-ray! That kind of attention to detail made the price more than worth it, ensuring that the disk arrived undamaged. It played perfectly. Thank you.

  Having paid for shipping I find it ridiculous that I have to find time and effort to go pick up my item at the local post office. Singapore Post is perhaps the most incompetent courier service I have ever encountered. They make one attempt and expect you to self collect unlike DHL and FedEx who will contact you to arrange for a convenient delivery time. I shall be overseas and won't be able collect the item within the specified time frame.
