  This uke, while lovely, was not even close to the color that appeared in the picture. It's very nearly black, not the pretty blue I thought I'd get. That said, it sounds great and looks nice, and it arrived in good condition, although a few days late. It was priced much higher than what the model originally sold for, but I wanted it anyway because they are hard to find now. The seller was very polite and responsive.

  Item arrived much sooner than estimated which was a nice surprise. Also, the item was brand new yet still cheaper than if I bought it through a store. The packaging was top quality; highly unlikely the item would get damaged (it wasn't) when it's shipped inside a bag, that's inside a box, that's inside another bag!
