    The cutting blade is not sharp. Doesn’t cut the ice good. I called the seller and ask if he could send me another cutting blade. He said leave positive feedback and then he would send the blade. No deal!

    I ordered this machine because it said the top compartment was refrigerated, so the batches could be left in overnight, and unfortunately, the unit is NOT refrigerated, so it was false advertising, I would have never bought it if I would've known.
