  I gave it a neutral , but the shipping absolutely sucked…it came by the USPS/ Fed Ex, Smart Shipping? They said it was coming USPS, instead it came Fed Ex and then USPS…package floated in USPS system for 3 weeks. because I did not use a street address ….I had to pay shipping so I felt ripped off..

  Sorry for any delays with shipping. Not much i can do once the item leaves my possession. Item was shipped via a prepaid label to a PO BOX via Fedex Smart Post. The only reason shipping would need to be paid is if the buyer had the item shipped to their physical address from the (customer supplied) PO Box which would be at their expense either way. Either way i apologize delivery took so long and hope you are happy with the item.
