  ZERO communication after the 1st package was lost. He never responded to my email, and weeks after I notice he sent out another one (which was fine). Received the 2nd one but the packaging was TERRIBLE. The item was damaged because he sent it out in a plastic bag instead of a box to make sure it wouldn't get crushed
