  The seller never shipped the item and is unresponsive to my messages sent to them. I am requesting a refund and still haven’t received one from the seller nor have I received help from eBay about this issue.

  The item is not the problem. It’s the absolute horrendous customer service, the ignoring of messages and questions and absolutely NO feedback or reply from the seller that’s beyond terrible.

  Item was ordered as a gift on 11/27/23 for delivery by 12/6/23. Cuff links were not received and I reached out to seller and received no response. I again reached out to EBay/seller on 12/11/23 and received an email that my charge account was credited for the full amount of the sale. There was NO explanation as to what happened to my order. It is very embarrassing as the occasion was on Dec.5th. NOBODY from krysaliis reached out to me with any explanation during this period! This is definitely N
