  The seller communicated right away to make sure to send the right item, as there were 2 colour options. Throughout the process, the seller communicated clearly, with information such as, date when the item was shipped, etc. Even including a mention about a possible delay. In fact, the item arrived sooner than expected, and arrived exactly as advertised. A nice touch, the seller included a hand written thank you note and an origami crane made by her kid.
