  I contacted this seller several times, they never replied. I threatened to leave negative feed back and to put in a complaint. They didn't send one of the colors and the black cartridge did not fit. I had to order from another company and am out the money I paid them. Don't buy from this company.

A simple product return would have been enough for a full refund on your purchase...most likely, we would not have asked for you to ship back the item.
