  Hi Kimberly, Back on July 5th I responded to your claim by private message. I explained the boots came directly from the company so they were not knock-offs but I would be more than happy to accept a return since you felt other-wise. As of today July 16th you have not replied to my message nor have you opened a return with Ebay.
