  These candlesticks are beautiful and will be perfect addition to my patriotic decor! Unfortunately, one of the candlesticks arrived broken. The box looked like it had been tortured during delivery. Luckily it was broken clean and I will be able to repair it. I told the seller and immediately they responding and gave me a partial refund, which I really wasn't expecting. That was very kind and much appreciated. Thank you so much!

  The item I received was not as described in the listing, a negative. I sent the seller a message and received a VERY quick response and credit. They immediately took responsibility for the error and rectified it, a positive. So they cancel each other out to make a Neutral review. We all know mistakes can happen, and based on their response, I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.
