  Seller impossible to communicate with. Sent the wrong shoes, in the wrong size. Explicitly told me that when the wrong shoes were returned, the correct ones would be sent. Shoes were received by seller, I sent 3 messages regarding the return, received no response, and received a refund rather than the correct shoes.   There was a missing gold lace loop that was not communicated in the description but the rest of the condition was great. I was able to get a lace loop replacement so the value was still worth it, just wish I knew about the missing piece before purchase. Other than that shipping was fast and it was packed well. Thank you
