  Ordered on Saturday didn't arrive until Thursday, description states fibre optic picture shows communication cable - arrived as fibre optic! Not ideal but gets the message across.

  Very helpful vendor, (after Royal Mail seemed to not know how to deliver my package, or be able to track a tracked package!) Hence the dispatch time feedback of 2*.

  Item had not been delivered in the original time scale and I enquired why the tracking showed it hadn't been posted. The seller refunded my money but the item did duly arrive later. Thank you seller . I think that it was the tracking of the parcel fault and not the seller . I would use this seller again and hopefully the parcel tracking would work.
