  Excellent communication with seller. Item was perfectly packaged and arrived in seemingly good condition. Many emails regarding certain issues were responded to quickly and in good faith. I highly recommend this seller but the unit was defective. We need to remember that electronics are sensitive items and don't always work due to too many reasons to list. The seller has been very supportive and I am very pleased with the way they dealt with the problems I faced.

  Returned this item exactly as I received it, but seller deducted almost 30% refund and deleted item cover photo from listing which showes what I got, saying that the return condition is not as original. Luckily, I always film videos when unpackaging and returning and won the case easily. Not sure if the seller does this on purpose or just made a mistake, but guys, always remeber to film videos when dealing with sellers to protect yourself.
