  I ordered 4 ponytails, only received 3 in package. Sent pictures of all tracking numbers and order as seller asked. After going back and forth with seller asking me to send same numbers several times all communication stopped. Contacted eBay, who says “don’t worry we have your back, money back guarantee “. Absolutely no help at all. Screwed out of money.

I contacted eBay, who says “don’t worry, we have your back. Money back guarantee “. That is a lie, they were no help at all. Screwed out of money.
