  I was very happy with the price of the cookie jar and the shipping cost. I thought both were very reasonable. The cookie jar was wrapped in bubble wrap but there was insufficient packing material between the cookie jar and the box. The bottom of the cookie jar was broken when I received it. The seller requested photos of the broken cookie jar and the shipping box, which I provided. The seller provided a refund and offered to let me know if they found another one.
